About James Lambert

About Me

After graduating from Derby University with a degree in Sports Physiotherapy, I've been doing what I love most - helping people move freely and get back to the activities that matter to them.

Currently, I work with Ipswich Town Foundation U18s and I'm the lead physiotherapist for Needham Market First Team - a semi-pro Step 3 side. I get to support athletes at different levels, from youth development to competitive semi-professional football.

I've also worked with Woodbridge Town FC, and whether it's match day or rehab sessions, I'm all about keeping players fit and performing at their best.
