About James Lambert

About Me

I graduated from Derby University with a degree in Sports Physiotherapy. My passion for helping others move and feel better has guided my professional journey.

I am working with Ipswich Town FC U18s, providing sports therapy and injury prevention services to young athletes at a high-performance level.

I also supported the Woodbridge Town FC team, and I am currently the lead physiotherapist for Needham Market Football Club, where I continue to make an impact on athlete recovery and performance.
